To complete your order, Amsterbike offers several payment options. Paying after delivery is also possible. Below is an overview of all available payment methods, many of which come at no extra cost.
iDEAL
iDEAL is the most commonly used online payment method in the Netherlands. You can easily pay via iDEAL using your own bank. It is fast and FREE for our customers.
Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
It is also possible to make a manual bank transfer in advance. Please note that it may take 1–2 days for the payment to be credited to our account, which may cause a short delay in processing your order.
You will receive the bank details by email after placing your order. Advance payment by bank transfer is FREE.
Credit Card (American Express)
When paying by credit card, you benefit from buyer protection through your credit card provider. Credit cards are accepted worldwide but are relatively expensive to process (for both webshops and customers). Therefore, we charge the following fees:
Fixed fee: €0.50
Variable fee: 2.2% of the order amount
The following credit cards are accepted:
American Express
Diners Club
Pay After Delivery (via Klarna)
Would you prefer to receive your order first and pay later? This is possible with Pay After Delivery via Klarna. You will receive an email from Klarna a few days after placing your order with the required payment details.
If you choose to pay afterwards, please transfer the payment using the details provided by Klarna, not directly to the bank account of Amsterbike.
Bancontact (Belgium)
Bancontact (formerly Mister Cash) is the Belgian equivalent of iDEAL and is available only to customers in Belgium.
It is fast and FREE for our Belgian customers.
KBC (Belgium)
KBC is an online payment method for customers of KBC and CBC, together the largest bank in Belgium. With KBC, Belgian customers can easily and quickly pay online using their own trusted online banking environment.
For KBC payments, we charge a fee of €0.50.
SOFORT Banking (e.g. Germany and Austria)
SOFORT Banking is a European payment method that allows secure online payments. Consumers log in using the same credentials as their own online banking environment and can transfer money directly and FREE from their bank account.
SOFORT Banking is available in 13 European countries: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
